At marinette unisex salon, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and maintain scheduling efficiency, we require the following:

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• You are allowed one cancellation per deposit. Any subsequent cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Please call  at least 1 hour’s notice prior to canceling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees or loss of deposit.

At Marinette Unisex Salon, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 2 days of your appointment so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a correction.

Please note:

• No refunds will be issued after 2 days from the date of your service.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the salon’s discretion after reviewing the concern.

• We do not offer refunds for services that have been altered by another stylist or salon.

• By receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
